On a busy day, don’t spend more time waiting for new pages to load when you want to review an assignment. Easily switch between multiple assignments to view key details when reviewing your team’s work.
The assignment summary sidesheet displays all key data about an assignment, with indicators to show which assignment was selected.

Save time scrolling through your list of views. Prioritise views you frequently use, such as ‘My Team’ by favouriting them.
Views that have been favourited show up at the top of the list of views, for easy access on both the view page and the manage view list.

Have many views shared to you or from you that you don’t use but can’t be deleted?
Simplify your long view dropdown list by hiding views you don't use, leaving them accessible for others that still use them. You will still have access to them from your manage view list.

Keep track of your exceptions and feedback without needing to manually monitor them by setting up email notifications. Receive real time notifications and daily summaries of changes to work you are involved in.

When a field operator calls in sick or can’t make a shift, easily unassign them from all their assignments while leaving other asignees intact. You now can bulk unassign everyone or just a select group of users from multiple assignments at once.

With large groups of users, you no longer have to activate, deactivate, verify, or add users to Teams and Security Groups individually. When one or more user is selected, the selection toolbar will now have an options to ‘change status’ (activate or deactivate), resend verification email, force verify, add to Teams.

Customize your views by filtering and grouping your exceptions and feedback to get as granular or as general a view as you’d like, just like on Worklist. You can now even filter your exceptions by priority to easily prioritize work. We’ve also added new columns to Exception Management and Feedback Management, helping you see more context at a glance without having to open individual assignments.

Monitor your team’s work right on your view in Worklist - see how each stage of your assignments are progressing with new columns that show the completion percentage of total work as well as each individual phase (plan, work, and complete) when work is completed or finalised.
